Just a note to share a few things about me. There will be more specifics on the coming pages but these thoughts represent my true essence.

Throughout this site you will see my graphic logo, the lotus flower with a sacred design. I chose this beautiful flower intentionally, as it has the ability to bloom in muddy waters.

And life can just get muddy, right??

Well, mine has. And as a result, I have sought help and been trained and certified in many modalities to help others.
I have needed to be healed, and I have helped others to heal.
I have used "talk therapy" to help others and talked about my own problems until I couldn't talk anymore.
I have taught many about the use of medical therapies, and I have used medical interventions in my own times of need.
Many tools and much time are truly needed for transformation.
Mind, Body and Spirit are ONE.
I have learned through the years that we live a lot in a lifetime.
